About us
Church Locater
To become a member of the Traditional Baptist TM Fellowship you must meet the following conditions. You must be a saved and baptized born again believer. You must believe in Grace salvation, agree to the Baptist Distinctives. You must Agree that the KJV version of the Bible is the Only valid translation given by God to man for the English speaking people. You must not go to the "Original Languages" to reinterpret the Bible. You must desire to keep the church traditional. If you are like faith in the above stated beliefs and agree with the rules bellow then we would be glad to hear from you.

What does membership mean?
The Traditional Baptist TM Fellowship holds the trademark to this name and allows member churches to use it for advertising purposes and to use Fellowship materials, and resources. Each member church is independent and is not controlled by the fellowship, it is controlled by the members. The pastor does not own the church and can be removed by his congregation (according to the rules written in the church by laws). The church elects its own pastor and officers, it may contact the fellowship for referrals but is not obligated to accept any. The church is in control of its own doctrine as long as it doesn't disagree with the fellowships stated doctrine on this website. Any church may remove its self from the fellowship at any time for any reason. The fellowship does not own the church, or churches property. The Traditional Baptist TM fellowship exists primarily to protect the fellowship. Meaning that a church that calls itself a Traditional Baptist TM conducts its self in a similar way and obeys the following rules. This ensures a common feel to the churches so that members traveling, or moving may know that they can find a new church that is similar, and maintains a consistency between member churches. The fellowships second purpose is to bring churches of like faith together, and assist the churches when possible.
Our Rules
  • On College and seminaries:
A member church can not open a seminary or college to offer theology degrees. Any one interested in becoming a preacher, missionary, evangelist or any other similar office must intern with their own pastor. Colleges may be formed to provide a superior education for Gods people. Examples of degrees would be medicine, science, education (teaching), general education, etc.. Colleges are not to be in charge of the teaching of theology to students. This is the Job of the Local Church. Colleges may bring Pastors from other Traditional Baptist TM Churches to teach and preach but the College must ensure that the students are not indoctrinated, but are encouraged to make decisions for them selves on what they believe.
  • On ordaining ministers:
If a man wishes to be ordained but disagrees with the doctrinal statement for the fellowship, It is up to the pastors discretion as to weather they will be ordained, but they will not be accepted into the fellowship. If a man disagrees with the pastor on some doctrinal points but agrees with the doctrinal statement of the fellowship, the pastor should ordain him or refer him to the fellowship for ordination. If a man is to be ordained they must meet the qualifications as set forth in 1 timothy 3:1-7
  • On church service:
The Church needs to offer a traditional service, including hymns, and songs. While there is nothing biblically wrong with Contemporary Christian Music, we do not believe that it has a place in church service.
What does membership do for my church?
Joining the membership will get your church listed on our website so that people can locate you easily. As the fellowship grows we plan on offering
  • a benefits package that will include a 401k, medical, and dental plan.
  • advertising to help make people aware of your church
  • a printing press to produce hymnals, and other publications
Other things may be added to the above list at the discretion of the board of directors

How is the Fellowship Run?
The fellowship has a board of directors. Every church in the fellowship will be represented by their senior pastor. This will make up the board. The chairman of the board is elected by the member churches and is appointed for a lifetime appointment. The Board is responsible for developing tools to help the churches grow, and investigating complaints brought to the boards attention.

How are membership fees determined?
There is no fee for becoming a member of the fellowship, however if your church decides to participate in the benefits package you will be billed for that. Donations are accepted to help pay for the website, and advertising, and other services provided by the fellowship. The fees may change at the board of directors discretion.
